Folk-country outfit Tin Town (Courtney Robb and Snooks La Vie) are excited to release a new single, These Days, off their recent album Down in the Dirt on Friday, 27th February 2026. These Days delivers a driving, folk-rock sound that captures the weight of self-doubt, the passage of time, and the struggle to keep moving forward. Anchored in honest, unguarded lyrics and a steady sense of momentum, the song gives voice to the uncertainties that often sit just beneath the surface of everyday life.
At the centre is Robb’s fragile vocal, the kind that sounds like it’s carrying the truth. Never forcing the emotion; just letting it seep through the cracks. But what truly elevates the track is La Vie’s vintage, toothy harmonica – not polished, not polite, but gritty and expressive. The tone feels pulled from an old Chicago basement session: warm, compressed, and a little dangerous, cutting through the mix, answering the vocal lines with little sighs, growls, and half-broken melodies.
Supporting the pair is a band that knows exactly when to lean in and when to get out of the way. The tremolo-soaked guitar pulses like a heartbeat, giving the track a restless sway. The Hammond organ hums underneath, warm and ghostly, adding a gospel-tinged glow without ever dominating. The bass and drums carry the heavy lifting, adding a warm, steady undercurrent – more felt than heard. These Days is supported by the release of a brand-new video and is available now across all digital platforms. To celebrate, Tin Town will be performing the following shows in NSW, QLD and SA this March.
